President Benigno S. Aquino III was the guest of honor and speaker during the graduation ceremony of the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP)- Master in National Security Administration program held in Malacañan Palace.  In his speech, the President exulted the duty of new graduates to defend the state and to insulate it from both national and international security threats.
